Project Overview:
Advanced Global CDN lacked a customer-facing interface, making it difficult for users to understand its capabilities or value. In collaboration with Customer Sales Engineers and through UI/UX and product research, I pinpointed the key technical knowledge gaps and uncovered that our existing documentation failed to translate features into customer-centric benefits. To bridge this divide, I designed a modular eLearning experience that blends concise explainer videos with clear, jargon-free text—breaking down complex topics into digestible units focused on performance, security, and management.
